Federal Courts Grant MDL Status to NexGen Knee Implant

The Joint Panel Multi-district Litigation has granted the creation of Zimmer NextGen Knee Implant MDL.  This means that people who have been suffering from defective knee replacement products will be able to ban together in taking on this corporate giant.  Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer in the Northern District of Illinois will be handling the centralized docket in Illinois.  The Garrett Law Center was one of the first firms to file a case in this new orthotic implant case. I wonder what their investors thought about this news as they rang the closing bell today on a new low on Wall Street after more than 6% drop in their corporate stock.
