Wrongful Termination and Workers’ Compensation Claims
In Oklahoma, employees cannot be wrongfully discharged from their job for filing a Workers Compensation claim or for hiring an attorney to help with a claim. Additionally, if the work injury results in disability, the employee is protected by the federal American Disabilities Act.
