Amber Peckio Garrett
Amber Peckio Garrett is a partner at Garrett Law Center PLLC where she practices consumer protection, insurance disputes, product liability, family law and criminal defense. She received dual degrees in economics and political science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and received her J.D. from the TU College of Law where she served as articles editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law and as the Student Bar Association speaker of the house.
Ms. Peckio Garrett currently serves the OBA as a YLD board director; as a member on the MCLE Commission, the Lawyer Advertising Task Force and the Professionalism Committee and as a member and immediate past chairperson for the Women in Law Committee. She is a graduate of the inaugural 2008-2009 OBA Leadership Academy and is a frequent moderator and presenter of CLE for the OBA and other professional organizations. In addition to her work with the OBA, she serves on the pro bono attorney panel for Legal Aid of Oklahoma for Tulsa and surrounding counties working with at-risk women and families.

D. Mitchell Garrett Jr.
Whether it’s representing clients or volunteering for the Red Cross, David Mitchell Garrett Jr. is devoted to helping others. “I am a firm believer in karma. I always help others because I believe that it will come back around to me in multiples,” said Garrett, a fifth- generation Oklahoma attorney. His practice at Garrett Law Center PLLC focuses on the areas of personal injury, mass torts, civil rights, enviornmental law, products liability and pharmaceutical litigation. Garrett is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the Oklahoma Association for Justice. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Texas A&M University and a juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Garrett currently serves as a Board of Governor for both the Oklahoma Association for Justice and a Board of Governor for the NLD for the American Association for Justice. Prior to joining Garrett Law Center, Garrett founded Worldwide Technical Resources, an information security business he later sold to a private group. He also spent time as a regional manager for Comms People, a British company now known as Glotel PLC, and as a purchasing agent for Fannie Mae. He also previously served as a presidential advance agent for the Clinton administration, where he coordinated with the Secret Service and the White House Communications Agency. In that capacity, he would travel in advance of the president and set up meetings and security, facilitate press coverage, coordinate technology and serve as a liaison with local dignitaries. This Marine is the recipient of a Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Citation and a Good Conduct Medal from the U.S. Marine Corps. Follow @dmgjr

J. Spencer Bryan
Since 2002, Mr. Bryan has represented clients in Oklahoma state and federal courts, at the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Bryan began practicing civil rights litigation after graduating law school from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Bryan has represented clients in a variety of cases involving the deprivation of rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, including police misconduct, excessive force, in-custody deaths, denial of adequate medical care, employment discrimination and freedom of speech and association.
Mr. Bryan is a native Tulsan and he is admitted to practice throughout the state of Oklahoma and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Jared A. DeSilvey
Jared A. DeSilvey has been practicing in the areas of family law and personal injury since 1997 and has settled or tried personal injury cases which combined resulted in his clients taking home well over two million dollars. Jared and the attorneys at the Garrett Law Center have over a decade of working with each other to maximize their clients’ case results.
Jared graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1993 with a B.S. in Political Science and American History and received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Muskogee Bar Associations and has been a judge or scoring member for the Mock Trial Competitions since 2006.
Irwin A. Magevney
Irwin A. Magevney is a native Memphian licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi. She is committed to helping financially distressed individuals. Her first experience with the Bankruptcy Courts came in law school as a member of the Conrad B. Duberstein moot court team as well as working as an intern for the Honorable Jennie D. Latta for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Irwin does both chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases.
Irwin received her Jurisdiction Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis where she was awarded the Herbert Herff Presidential Scholarship. During law school in addition to gaining valuable bankruptcy experience she served as a member of the Moot Court Board, Business Manager of the Tennessee Journal Practice and Procedure, and as a graduate assistant to Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. In 2003, Irwin revived a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Mississippi. Irwin serves on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and is a member of Tennessee Association of Justice and American Association of Justice. Outside of her practice of law Irwin volunteers with Youth Villages.
Sabah Khalaf
Sabah Khalaf is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. Sabah has been involved in all phases of litigation, including jury trials; non-jury trials; preliminary hearings; motion composition; and conducting all phases of discovery.
Prior to entering private practice, Sabah served as an assistant district attorney for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. Sabah’s experience as a prosecutor provides him with a unique and advantageous perspective when evaluating cases. 
Sabah is a Tulsa native who graduated from East Central High School. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Oklahoma. After undergraduate, Sabah attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he was awarded the Order of the Barristers for outstanding performance in mock trial. In addition, Sabah served as the Managing Editor of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, was a Chesapeake Scholar and held the position of Speaker Pro Tempore of the Student Bar Association.
Currently, Sabah serves on the University of Tulsa College of Law Board of Directors as the co-chair of the Professional Development Committee. He is also a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Young Lawyer Division Extracurricular Committee and of the Council Oak/Johnson-Sontag American Inns of Court.
