Severly Injured Persons May Be Bared From the Courtroom

The fact that the judiciary is considering baring a plantiffs from being in the courtroom during their own case, means that there really is no ennd to how far some special interest groups will go to block access to the judicial system. The fact that a severly injured person might “cause the jury to be biased toward the plaintiff based on sympathy” is the issue at hand. Let us all hope that when the Georgia Supreme Court takes this issue up, they rule on the side of access to the court system.
